Concierge

Job Summary:
The Concierge will be responsible for greeting the residents, welcoming them to the building, and assisting them throughout their stay.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides outstanding customer service to all residents, visitors and vendors.
- Acts as the point of reference for the residents who need assistance or information.
- Understands the residents’ needs and provides them with personalized solutions or suggestions.
- Maintains inventory and stock of supplies and brochures for the concierge desks.
- Develops a strong knowledge of the building’s facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
- Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience as a concierge or customer service is an advantage.
