Were looking for a part time Media Analyst & Content Coordinator to help us connect with our audience, share our mission, and highlight the amazing work we do. Position Overview
The part time Media Analyst & Content Coordinator will manage and create content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) while documenting the incredible support we provide to our clients. This role combines creativity, strategy, and storytelling to build brand awareness and foster engagement within the community. Hours & Work Location
- 10 to 20 hours per week
- Schedule includes on-site at our office in Atco and at locations in the community where activities are taking place
- Must have reliable vehicle to drive self to/from locations
- Develop and execute a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging, visually appealing, and accessible posts, stories, and videos that highlight our mission, services, and community impact.
- Showcase success stories and day-to-day activities of children and adults with disabilities while respecting client confidentiality.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, followers) and provide actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, particularly within the caregiving and disability advocacy space.
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, mission, and values.
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
- Proficiency in creating and editing photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to create meaningful, engaging content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices in digital media (e.g., alt text, captions).
- Passion for disability advocacy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families in this community.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Graphic design experience is a plus!
