We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Over-The-Road (OTR) Driver to join our logistics team. The OTR Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods over long distances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Safely operate and drive company vehicles over long distances to deliver goods to clients.
- Plan routes effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedule.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival and departure, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and logistics personnel to provide updates on deliveries.
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and unloaded securely and documentation is completed accurately.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and professional demeanor at all client interactions.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an OTR Driver or similar roles within the transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of applicable DOT regulations.
- Excellent navigational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle long hours on the road.
