Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Skilled in IEP development, progress monitoring, and conducting formal/informal assessments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations spanning various age groups and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program
• Assess students’ communication competencies and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation for student progress and IEP goals
• Participate in meetings related to students’ IEPs and educational planning
• Provide support and resources for educators and families regarding students’ speech and language needs
