This contract Sales Operations role offers the opportunity to support sales leadership, drive process improvements, coordinate impactful projects, and leverage data to enhance sales performance and efficiency. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with sales operations experience who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales management, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Plan and coordinate projects aimed at improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
• Develop processes and procedures to support sales activities and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
• Maintain comprehensive information on sales activities that support performance metrics and process improvements.
• Utilize professional judgment and independent work skills to contribute effectively in an individual contributor role.
• Apply relevant procedures, concepts, and knowledge of the discipline to daily tasks.
• Ensure attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.

• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in sales operations or related field.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts relevant to the sales support discipline.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
