Here is why this position is so IMPORTANT. I am seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team and serve as the bridge between families, caregivers, and operations.
This is not just a jobits a calling. Your role will be to ensure every family experiences a seamless, personalized journey, with services planned and delivered at the highest level of excellence. As a Client Success Specialist, you will also serve as a Service Planner/Scheduler, using specialized tools like our Personalized Care Guide and High-Quality Care, Standards Framework to carefully match clients with caregivers, design service plans, and uphold the quality and integrity of our brand. How this job is designed; what you focus on daily basis: For Families (External Clients):
Serve as the warm, professional first point of contact for families seeking care.
Guide new clients through a white-glove onboarding experience, deeply understanding their routines, values, and care goals.
Craft personalized schedules that honor each clients preferences and lifestyle.
Build trust and long-term relationships, ensuring families feel supported and confident. For Caregivers (Internal Clients):
Support and empower caregivers, providing clear schedules, resources, and communication.
Match clients and caregivers thoughtfully to create ideal pairings that result in strong, lasting satisfaction for both the caregiver and the client.
Foster a culture of respect, growth, and excellence, where team members feel valued and inspired. Behind the Scenes:
Coordinate schedules and operational workflows to keep services running smoothly.
Provide field support and step into urgent situations when needed to protect client safety and peace of mind.
Partner with leadership to monitor and improve service quality, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to high-end care.
Assist with community outreach and marketing, strengthening our reputation as a trusted resource in New Jersey. Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A compassionate, service-driven mindset, with a passion for improving the lives of older adults.
Experience in healthcare, senior care, or client service preferred. Flexibility to work every other weekend and select holidays.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to serve as after-hours coordinator one week each month for
