Job Description
We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Children's Fitness and Multi-Sports Coaches. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading dynamic and interactive classes for children at various locations such as preschools, schools, and community centers. You will introduce them to a wide range of sports and activities, focusing on building their skills, confidence, and love for physical fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging fitness and sports classes for children
- Teach and demonstrate basic techniques and skills in a variety of sports
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for children to learn and have fun
- Encourage and motivate children to participate and enjoy physical activities
Requirements:

- Prior experience working with children
- Passion for fitness and sports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage children
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends
Benefits
- Hourly compensation starts at $20 per hour and can reach approximately $50 per hour depending on class type
- Flexible scheduling
- Paid training and equipment will be provided
- Incentive for referring coaches when needed
- Opportunity to become head coach after gaining experience in assistant role
