Job Title: Rebate Analyst
Location: Iselin, NJ Type of Employment: Temporary to Permanent In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 Days in Office Hourly : $75,000 - $80,000 based on years of experience Job Summary: LHH is working with a medical manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Rebate Analyst. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of rebate experience, advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM and this is a hybrid work schedule with two days a week in office. Responsibilities :- Review distributor rebate files, checking for information including dates of sale, units of measure, quantity, etc.
- Analyze distributor contracts, verifying rebate information matches contract in place
- Approve or kick back rebates, providing reports of explanation to distributors
- Reprocess rebates with correct information as needed
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of rebate review experience
- Extremely meticulous and detail oriented
- Ability to review and analyze long data sets and contracts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Oracle database experience a plus
