We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated individual with bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated proficiency with both Quickbooks and Excel. Maintaining confidentiality is critical to this position, in addition to accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and invoicing
• Inputting sales orders, pending builds and roasting logs
• Accounts receivable
• Work with customers to develop and maintain payment plans when necessary
• Accounts payable
• Inventory recordkeeping
• Answering phones and taking orders
• Filing and other office duties

Key Requirements and Skills:

• Associates degree or related work experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Excel especially and Quickbooks
• Basic accounting experience
• A sharp eye to spot discrepancies
• Confidentiality
• Positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn
• Willingness to pitch in and help the team, as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
