We are looking for Home Health Aides interested in pursuing further training or becoming licensed licensees in the following states: NJ & PA.

Requirements:

Must pass a background check. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. These requirements may be adjusted as needed. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; use hands to handle or control objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must also lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate home and community care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Support clients with Alzheimer's and memory care needs, promoting their dignity and independence.
