A-1 Spotless Inc. has Full-Time Positions Available. We are seeking experienced Power Wash Technicians, Gutter Cleaners, Painters and Handymen.

Job Description:

A-1 Spotless Inc. is family-owned and operated and has been servicing Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Union, and surrounding counties for more than 36 years. We are currently seeking full-time experienced individuals to provide Power Washing, Painting, Gutter Cleaning and Repair, and Handyperson services to our large, long-established, and growing residential and commercial customer base.

Position Qualifications:

Technicians are expected to represent the company professionally and be knowledgeable while providing services. For all power washing technician, gutter cleaning, painting and handyman positions: experience with pressure washing residential and commercial properties is preferred but not required - will train. For painting candidates: two years of experience and additional experience using an airless paint sprayer is a plus.

Desired Qualifications, Characteristics, and Skills:

• Must be highly motivated, proactive self-starter; willing and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a professional work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to use ladders and be comfortable with varying heights.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work with detergents and other cleaning agents.
• Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Must possess strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Experience driving a straight box truck & pickup truck with a trailer is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation:

• $18.00 - 25.00 per hour. Salary is commensurate with experience
