Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs according to practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure the best outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active New Jersey PT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexible and adaptable to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Accurate and timely medical documentation
• Supervision and delegation of PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
