Marketing Operations Analyst
The Marketing and Operations Analyst will serve as a pivotal asset within the Alliance Health System marketing team, tasked with the systematic organization and comprehensive analysis of marketing data and analytics. This role will center on harnessing data-driven insights to optimize both marketing endeavors and operational efficacy. Utilizing quantitative methodologies, the Analyst will discern patterns and trends, facilitating informed decision-making processes aimed at augmenting practice performance. By identifying growth opportunities, refining patient interactions, and actively participating in strategic planning, the Analyst will significantly influence the achievement of organizational objectives and enhance overall practice success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using tools such as Excel, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar software.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and patient engagement tactics.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, patient flow, and process improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Insights and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and operational enhancement.
- Create detailed and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support marketing campaigns, operational changes, and other initiatives as needed.
Marketing Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness, ROI, and engagement of marketing campaigns, digital presence, and patient acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies, target audiences, and content optimization across various platforms.
- With experience in marketing, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Operational Analysis:
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in operational processes within the practice.
- Use data to optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing, administrative, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and operational strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and operational improvement initiatives as required.
