Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Luxury Bath NJPA
Location: Mercer County Office (Serving New Jersey & Pennsylvania)

What You'll Do:

• Present and sell Luxury Bath NJPA’s industry-leading bathroom remodeling products and services to homeowners throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Focus on closing deals , not prospecting—using high-quality, pre-qualified leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced , competitive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in an outside sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills —you know how to connect with customers and close deals.
• A self-motivated growth mindset and the drive to achieve high earnings.
• Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
