Responsibilities

The Manager Central Sterile Supply is administratively accountable on a twenty-four (24) hour basis for maintaining quality central sterile supply services to all applicable areas. He/she provides leadership to Central Sterile Supply personnel and works collaboratively with all members of the patient care team.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Central Sterile Tech and Manager certification required.
2. Progressive experience in central sterile supply services with a minimum of two years.
3. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $45,760.00 to $104,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
