Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. This role is a long-term contract position that requires excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients while ensuring compliance with program requirements. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. - Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and ensure compliance with program requirements. - Assist with gathering documents and verifications, preparing files for third-party audits. - Support the timely processing and submission of certification files to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy. - Monitor and update internal tracking systems to maintain up-to-date information. - Collaborate with supervisors and team members to communicate work progress, challenges, and potential solutions. - Ensure compliance with agency reporting requirements by preparing and submitting necessary documentation. - Utilize Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to manage daily tasks efficiently. - Contribute to improving workflows and processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. - Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, providing excellent customer support. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and support operational needs.
