Oversee all sales operations at our Cherry Hill headquarters to ensure consistent growth and market penetration.

Mentor a group of producers by providing consistent feedback, career guidance, and structural support to help them reach their potential.

Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to expand our commercial insurance footprint throughout the region.

Collaborate with the underwriting department to ensure that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our client base.

Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactical approaches to ensure we are meeting our ambitious organizational objectives.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and industry conferences to maintain our brand as a leader in the insurance space.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in New Jersey.

Five or more years of leadership experience within the insurance brokerage industry.

Demonstrated history of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Advanced understanding of commercial lines and risk management strategies.

Deep connections and networking capability within the Cherry Hill and broader New Jersey business community.

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
