Key Responsibilities

Hunt & Engage Leads: Use our automated system (Zapier-integrated) to outreach 20-50 warm prospects daily via Messenger, email, or calls—scripts provided for buyers/sellers.

Master the Pitch: Qualify needs in 5-min discovery calls, deliver free market analyses, and propose our risk-free service (flat fees $200-500 or 20% savings commission).

Negotiate Like a Pro: Haggle with sellers/landlords using data-backed tactics—real-time client updates via text/email. Over-deliver with free title verifications (NMVTIS) and scam protection.
