Project Manager

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
• Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week (Monday – Friday: 7 am to 4 pm)

• This role will report to the Director of Operations
• Review upcoming deadlines for each project & communicate needs with the project’s team
• Review the project specifications to identify unfamiliar materials
• Oversee the submittal process for architectural review & approval
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Ensure all projects are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Perform onsite quality control throughout construction to maintain company standards
• Adjust project schedules & work with the team as project conditions require
• Clear communication with clients regarding project changes & progress
• Ensure safety measures are being followed & project is compliant with current building codes
• Participate in weekly BCF Review meetings to answer questions & discuss changes to the current schedule
• Manage materials onsite & review project punch lists to resolve concerns
• Work with billing department to provide information on the project completion process
• Build strong client relationships to diffuse any negative issues & reassure clients
• Coach & instruct team of tradespeople to complete tasks within organization’s standard of excellence
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & delivery dates

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Construction Project Management, Flooring & Remodeling Project Management, Installations, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry (REQUIRED)
• Advanced time management & interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively

• Knowledge of floor covering software a plus (Willing to train)
