Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or local contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned areas to help to control access, observe activity, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining a visible presence, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and/or general property-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
