Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Rutherford, NJ 07070. This is a 3+ months contract assignment (conversion into permanent based on your work performance). and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Specific Duties:

• Prepares the patient for the Medical Provider’s examination by obtaining vital signs and patient history
• Prepares and maintains the examination and treatment areas
• Prepares the patient for and assists with procedures and treatments
• Administers vaccines and other injections where applicable
• Cooperates with other employees to achieve specific team goals

Qualifications:

• 1 year of preferred experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification
• BLS Certification

Additional Information:

• Location: 201 Route 17 North, 12th Floor, 1202, Rutherford, NJ 07070
• Job Type: 3+ months contract assignment (conversion into permanent based on your work performance).
• Schedule: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mon – Fri
• Pay Range: $20 - $23
