Job Description
The Camp Behavior Tech plays a crucial role in supporting behavioral health objectives within a camp setting. This position involves monitoring participant behavior, collecting data, implementing interventions, and providing direct client support during a variety of camp activities. Working both independently and as part of a team, the Camp Behavior Tech reports to the camp director and clinical supervisor, receiving weekly feedback and supervision throughout the camp session. Director is requesting Male only.
Responsibilities
- Monitor participant behavior during group workshops, field trips, indoor sessions, and outdoor activities
- Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately
- Implement targeted behavioral interventions effectively
- Provide direct client support tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with the camp team and clinical supervisors
- Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and supervisors
- Document behavioral observations and interventions thoroughly
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral support roles
