**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the educational environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus buildings and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
+ Monitor and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols in the educational setting.
+ Collaborate with campus personnel and public response teams to support a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
