Academic Operations Director

Beyond Young Academy is seeking a highly driven and passionate Academic Operations Director to lead and elevate our academic programs and daily operations.
This is a key leadership role for someone who is committed to long-term growth in education and believes in building high-quality learning experiences for students.
You will oversee both academic quality and operational excellence , ensuring that our programs run smoothly while maintaining the highest teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic operations and class scheduling
- Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with BY standards
- Support and manage teaching staff performance and consistency
- Coordinate communication between teachers, students, and families
- Monitor student progress and overall program quality
- Improve operational systems for efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to long-term academic and organizational planning
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a degree in Education or a related field (required)
- Has experience in education, academic coordination, or school operations
- Passionate about education and committed to long-term development in the field
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Warm, outgoing, and excellent in communication
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, thoughtful, and driven
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
