Day to day as a Maintenance Technician - Residential CommunityAs a Full Time Maintenance Technician in our residential community, you will start your day by conducting routine inspections of buildings and common areas, ensuring everything functions smoothly. You will respond promptly to maintenance tickets from residents, troubleshooting and resolving issues ranging from plumbing to electrical problems. Daily tasks will include performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operation. You'll collaborate with team members to uphold the community's high standards and ensure all safety regulations are met.
Your role also involves communicating effectively with residents, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
