As a Full Time Maintenance Technician in our residential community, you will start your day by conducting routine inspections of buildings and common areas, ensuring everything functions smoothly. You will respond promptly to maintenance tickets from residents, troubleshooting and resolving issues ranging from plumbing to electrical problems.
