Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a driven Full-Desk Recruiter who will manage both sales and recruiting responsibilities. This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, providing a direct correlation between your performance and earning potential.
Position Overview
The Full-Desk Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities within our target sectors.
Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms of business.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and placement goals.
Recruiting & Candidate Management
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple skill sets.
Align candidate qualifications with client requirements.
Manage the interview, offer, and onboarding process from start to finish.
Relationship Management & Market Development
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Stay current on hiring trends and competitive dynamics in our core industries.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting (staffing sales strongly preferred).
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
