Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a driven Full-Desk Recruiter who will manage both sales and recruiting responsibilities. This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, providing a direct correlation between your performance and earning potential.

Position Overview

The Full-Desk Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within our target sectors.

  • Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.

  • Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms of business.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and placement goals.

Recruiting & Candidate Management

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple skill sets.

  • Align candidate qualifications with client requirements.

  • Manage the interview, offer, and onboarding process from start to finish.

Relationship Management & Market Development

  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

  • Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

  • Stay current on hiring trends and competitive dynamics in our core industries.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting (staffing sales strongly preferred).

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
