What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and actively participate in irrigation maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system renovations.
• Manage, train, mentor, and develop a team of irrigation technicians, ensuring exceptional workmanship and productivity.
• Coordinate daily field operations, including scheduling labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues involving:
  • Controllers
  • Valves
  • Pumps
  • Wiring and sensors
  • Drip irrigation systems
  • Water distribution components
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve field operations, processes, and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on irrigation experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Proven experience managing and leading an irrigation crew of at least five (5) field employees .
• Strong background working with high-end residential and commercial irrigation systems .
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of:
  • Irrigation hydraulics
  • Water management systems
  • Controllers and smart irrigation technology
  • Pumps and valves
  • Drip irrigation systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and irrigation drawings.
