Sales Account Executive

Core Responsibilities:
Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts.
Day in a Life for a Sales Account Executive:

• Utilizing our various prospecting tools to generate leads 
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets 
• Identifying the full potential of targeted accounts and helping them reach that potential 
• Engaging leads through effective telephone, email, and in-person communication
• Representing RLS at various trade shows and conferences

Base salary of $45,000-$52,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission paid in perpetuity.
Reports to and Direct Reports: 

• This position reports to the Operations Manager, Freight Brokerage, and has 0 direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• Annual Potential Earnings: $45,000 - $52,000, plus incentive based on team's performance.

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
