The Position:

LADACIN is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant at The Schroth School in Wanamassa, NJ. (35 hours/week) to support our school program.

This role is responsible for supporting daily operations by assisting with correspondence, reports, and program documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining files, tracking attendance and staff time, preparing reports and requisitions, managing office supplies and equipment, and providing general administrative support to leadership and staff.

The Administrative Assistant will also serve as a key point of contact, maintaining a professional office environment and ensuring timely communication across departments.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (college preferred), along with strong clerical, organizational, and communication skills. Prior administrative experience is preferred.

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties, with locations in beautiful natural surroundings. This position is in Monmouth County.
