Plumbing Service & Installation Technician

We’re growing and looking for motivated Plumbing Technicians to join our team. This role includes both service and installation work , including rough-ins, finals, and retrofits. Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing service, repair, and installation for residential and commercial customers

• Handle rough-in, final, and retrofit projects with accuracy and attention to detail

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

• Maintain a professional and customer-first attitude on every job

• Follow safety standards, building codes, and company policies

• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Collaborate with team members and maintain strong communication with dispatch/office staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred (service and install)

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and safety standards

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour, depending on Experience

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
