Role: Precision 5-Axis CNC Machining Specialist — Pine Brook, NJ (3rd Shift)

Picture your night: you arrive on third shift, review a traveler and blueprint for an aerospace component, confirm your offsets, run a first-piece, verify with inspection tools, and refine your G-code to squeeze out repeatable precision. That’s the rhythm here—craft, verify, improve.

What you’ll do

• Operate CNC production equipment following established procedures and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to select, set up, and secure tooling and workholding.
• Adjust machine parameters and tooling to meet tight specifications, on time and to standard.
• Perform routine and continuous maintenance on machines and sub-systems to ensure uptime.
• Support adjacent manufacturing activities as needed to keep production moving.

What you bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience running CNC machining centers.
• Background operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with G-code programming and editing at the control.
• Knowledge of part inspection and statistical process control (SPC).
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or formal apprenticeship is a plus.
• Independent, self-starting work style and strong ownership of quality.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Training

Training occurs on first shift for approximately 10 weeks.

Compensation & benefits

In New Jersey, and in compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly range for this role is $32.00 – $43.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation; the final offer may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
