The DSD Driver/Sales Representative, Bilingual English/Korean – Pennsauken Territory (Company Vehicle) is responsible for developing and growing retail accounts throughout Pennsauken, New Jersey. This role combines outside sales, customer relationship management, and local product delivery .

The position is based in the Pennsauken, New Jersey area and requires a weekly commute to our New Jersey facility (once per week only) . All remaining workdays are spent servicing and growing the Pennsauken customer territory .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout Pennsauken area
• Increase sales by promoting products and introducing new offerings to retail customers
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver products along assigned Pennsauken routes
• Deliver, unload, and merchandise products at customer locations
• Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Load orders into the system the day prior to delivery
• Collect payments (cash/check) and complete end-of-day reporting
• Accurately record sales and delivery information using a company tablet and handheld printer
• Maintain daily driver logs and comply with all safety requirements

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Sales experience required (food industry experience strongly preferred)
• Previous route sales or route driving experience preferred
• Ability to operate a 16-foot truck
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• MUST be Bilingual English/Korean
