Required skills –

• PEGA CSSA or similar PEGA certification is required

• Experience with PEGA 8.1 or higher is needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience with a background in JAVA, C#, .NET, JavaScript, OOP/OOAD, XML, HTML.
Experience as a developer in an Agile Scrum team preferably in a Healthcare setting.
Experience with DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA
Experience with web services, API’s, and stored procedure.
Direct experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Experience with PEGA 8.1, or higher is needed.
Experience with Pega Frameworks, especially Healthcare Frameworks.
Having Exp on other BPM (Business Process Model) tools is add-on.
Able to perform Peer-Reviewes and regular codereviews.
Having good Industry standard UI/UX knowledge is needed.
Knowledge on configuring Single-Sing-ON/ IAC applications.
Conduct root-cause analysis and thorough performance tuning using Performance Analysis tools (PDC, AES).
Contribute and influence to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Bring the design solutions mostly align with Pega OOTB capabilities
Involves working closely with the product owners and business partners to understand business need and translate those into solutions that drive business value.
Work closely with enterprise architects to build solutions that fall within enterprise standards
Responsible for build and test of applications in an agile environment.
Having knowledge on other Performance Analysis tools is an add-on.
Having good Industry standard UI/UX knowledge is needed.
Involved in production support on occasion and overcoming technical obstacles.
Able to perform Peer-Reviewes and regular codereviews.
