Clinical Nurse Educator

Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Education and Excellence Specialist (RN) responsible for driving, designing, and implementing long-term success plans for education and performance improvement across physician groups and urgent care facilities. The role involves bridging the gap between clinical theory and operational practice to foster an environment that prioritizes staff development and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Create educational content and develop specialized programs, such as clinical preceptorships.
  • Clinical Excellence: Promote evidence-based care, establishing best practices in clinical operations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory standards for quality patient care and safety.
    • Qualifications
    • RN licensure and clinical education experience.
    • Experience with EPIC or Cerner systems.
    • Experience in urgent care or women's health is desired.
    • Proficiency in Health Stream Student and/or administrator experience and Microsoft suite.
    • Preferred: Experience with SharePoint and Canvas.
