Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000.00-$80,000.00/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Nutritional Care Integration:
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to address nutritional needs.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and recommend interventions.
- Communicate dietary plans with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Menu Planning:
- Review and adjust menu cycles to meet residents’ dietary preferences and requirements.
- Develop systems for non-routine modified diets.
- Care Plan Development:
- Create and update dietary care plans tailored to resident needs.
- Educate staff and families on dietary requirements and food preferences.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and portion sizes for acceptability.
- Evaluate department sanitation, safety, and equipment standards.
- Participate in audits and implement quality improvements.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of resident responses and dietary interventions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Safety & Professional Development:
- Follow OSHA standards, infection control, and workplace safety protocols.
- Stay updated on dietetics through continuing education.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
- Completion of the Registered Dietitian Exam.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical dietetic role preferred.
- Certifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential in good standing with the American Dietetic Association.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
