Pay: This is a full-time job that pays between $70,000 and $250,000/year . You will be paid by commission only, and we offer paid training to help you get started.

YOUR DAY AS A BATH DESIGN CONSULTANT - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Bath Design Consultant - Sales Representative, you will talk with them about what they want for their bathroom, listen to their ideas, and explain our products, the process, how long things will take, and what it will cost. You will help them design the bathroom they want and make sure they feel good about their choices. You will handle the sale in one visit and make sure everything is ready for a smooth installation.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR BATH DESIGN CONSULTANT - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You will work full-time and start each day from your home. You will travel to customers' homes across South Jersey and do not have to go to an office first. Your hours will usually be between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday , but sometimes you may work in the evening or on weekends if needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in in-home sales (home improvement preferred)
• Familiarity with one-call close sales environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
