Responsible for managing interior and exterior painting jobs and ensuring the quality of work. Ensure that the job is completed on time, and with the highest quality standards. Should also have a strong knowledge of the material and processes involved in painting.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards;
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times; enforce safety procedures
Ensure all necessary materials are on site before starting work
Keep records of all work completed
Verify invoices against purchase orders, with input from supervisor when appropriate
Provide status updates to supervisor weekly
