We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Director to lead marketing, outreach, and enrollment operations within a value-based care model focused on serving senior populations. This leadership role is responsible for driving census growth, building strategic community partnerships, and overseeing high-performing outreach and enrollment teams.

• Drive overall census growth through strategic outreach and enrollment initiatives
• Lead and manage marketing, community engagement, and business development efforts
• Oversee intake and enrollment processes, optimizing for efficiency and conversion
• Track and report on performance metrics including leads, enrollments, and pipeline activity
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician groups, senior housing, and community organizations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and enrollment guidelines
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies and performance goals
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor and improve team performance

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales, outreach, or enrollment

• Strong knowledge of the Newark, NJ healthcare market
• Experience in senior care, managed care, or value-based care models
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable growth
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
