About the Role
We are seeking a detail- orientated Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in analyzing consumer behavior and campaign performance to drive strategic decisions. Proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing ROI through actionable, data-driven insights and predictive modeling."
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media, and CRM tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor overall marketing performance, evaluate ROI for direct marketing spend, and conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.
Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards, comprehensive reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau or Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and consumer buying intentions to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Job requirements
3+ years experience in marketing analytics or data based roles.
Proficiency in analytical tools, like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and visualization
Data interpretation and analysis skills for interpreting large data sets to identify trends and opportunities
Effective communication to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders
Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with marketing principles, digital advertising, and consumer behaviour patterns
Attention to detail ensures data analysis, reporting, and trend identification accuracy
Adaptability and learning show an eagerness to stay on top of industry trends and adapt to new analytical methods
Problem-solving skills for identifying challenges within data findings and finding creative solutions to address marketing objectives
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly within marketing and product development
