Concept Design Project Coordinator

Our client, a leading sporting goods & apparel manufacturing company, is looking for Project Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

On site ; M - F, 9 am - 5 pm, and Fridays WFH.

Qualification :

• Looking for producer/project coordinator with experience coordinating photoshoots and film briefs with creative agencies.
• Degree not necessarily required - additional experience can make up for lack of degree.
• Event/marketing/production experience preferred ; 2-4 years' experience required.

Top skills required:

• Good vendor management skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience producing photo shoots (ideally for on body and product).
• Soft skills that would complement the required skills include being flexible, dealing with ambiguity well, and being easy to work with in a team setting.
• Will work directly with 4 team members; will also work peripherally with a team of 25 designers.

• A champion of supporting amazing design through managing the details.
• You will be able to track on delivering a high volume of project assets in support of a broad and diverse team.

What will you work on

• Every day is a new day in this team, we work on short films, animations, presentations, retail visualization and building out physical spaces.
• You will help keep project tasks, resources, and vendors tracking on the project plan as created by the Design Operations Director.
• You will help coordinate and produce photoshoots.

Who will you work with

• This role reports to the Concept Design Operations Director.
• You will work with a broad spectrum of internal teams including Design (concept/graphic/digital/product), Brand, Innovation, Consumer Insights and more.
• External vendor relationships and management will be a key component in delivering projects.

What will you bring

• Ability to establish good relationships with a broad spectrum of team members, internally and externally.
• Experience managing a high volume of deliverables across multiple clients / teams.
• A strong ability to solve problems and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on being clear and concise
• Experience in project workback development and management.
• Experience producing photo shoots, ideally for on body and product.
