Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Support Specialist (RBT) to join our team in Toms River, NJ. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized behavior plans

• Provide direct behavioral support to children in a clinical setting, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Salary: $24 - $28 HOURLY
