Description:
TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their Moorestown, NJ branch onsite. This role is tied to a 3–6 month project supporting a major SAP integration, focused on reducing order backlogs and providing front-desk administrative support. The position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on backorders and confirm details directly with customers
- Update customer and order information in SAP and process orders as needed
- Validate logistics and shipping details to ensure accuracy
- Communicate order status and resolutions with internal departments
- Perform general clerical duties and assist walk-in customers
- Maintain organized filing and office records
