About Us

Always Shining ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable professionals who enjoy working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in home and community settings.

We offer consistent after-school and weekend hours with supportive BCBA supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Current Case Openings

Option 1 – Jersey City (3-year-old)

• Mon, Tues, Thurs 3:30–6:00 PM
  Sat & Sun: 9:00–12:00 PM

Option 2 – Jersey City (3-year-old)

• Tentative
  Mon - Fri: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  Sat - Sun: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Option 3 - Jersey City (4-years-old)

• Mon-Friday 4-6pm

Applicants may apply for one or multiple cases based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in home settings

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Use play-based and structured teaching methods

• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and families

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Requirements

• High School Diploma required

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or RBT preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

• Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation
