Customer Service Representative

Location: Lakewood / Toms River, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: ~$60,000 + bonuses
Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails
- Assist with account questions and investment-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot system and software issues
- Document interactions accurately
- Provide feedback to improve internal systems and processes
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, brokerage, or investments required
- Knowledge of stocks, securities, and transactions
- Strong communication and attention to detail & great personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
