**Job Title: Client Services Coordinator**

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our New Jersey brokerage team as we reimagine industrial real estate research.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will provide essential transaction and administrative support, helping our brokerage team create strategic plans and deliverables for market transactions. We are looking for motivated and organized individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

**Location:** This is an in-office position based in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and track transaction deliverables, including project tracking, marketing collateral creation and editing, and campaign calendar and strategy development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, and online/email campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand and messaging.
- Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements, and invitations; coordinate events related to client, tenant, and company projects (e.g., tours, open houses).
- Maintain property listing websites and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets effectively.
- Partner with the Market Research and Data teams to maintain accurate market data and implement best practices.
- Organize and maintain the New Jersey marketing and deliverable template library.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, reconciling office expenses and receipts, and serving as the point of contact for building management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and property database systems is a plus.

**Education and Experience:**

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in commercial real estate marketing or client services.
- At least 2 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite is required.
