Risk Control Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Risk Control Manager for a Contract job with a client in Pennington, NJ (Hybrid) . You will drive the execution of risk governance routines and create executive-ready dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Rate Range: $51/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Risk Control Manager job responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute key risk and control governance routines across Global Technology.

• Develop, automate, and enhance real-time executive dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

• Perform in-depth analysis and investigative reviews to identify control gaps and propose meaningful solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support model governance and ensure alignment with internal risk frameworks.

• Participate in and prepare materials for governance routines and senior-level presentations.

• Coordinate with control partners to enhance supervisory tools, reporting quality, and monitoring processes.

• Track and manage work items using Jira; maintain documentation and workflows in SharePoint and Confluence.

• Drive operational risk program deliverables, including Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), metrics, and issue remediation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of recent experience in a Risk & Control or Governance environment.

• Proven ability to develop and enhance reporting dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

• Strong working knowledge of governance tools and platforms such as Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence.

Pay Details: $51.00 to $56.00 per hour
