10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Cherry Hill Township, NJ for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from Northern North Carolina up through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.

• Sign-on bonus: $4,000
• Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home time: Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul: About 400 miles
• Performance bonus: Up to 3¢ per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional pay: Stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay included (see details below)
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
• Top earnings: Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly

Additional pay details:

• $20 for the first stop
• $35 for the second stop
• $50 for the third stop and beyond
• $65 for Long Island deliveries
• $12.50 per hour detention pay after 2 hours

Lane details:

• Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
• Typical operating area ranges from Virginia to Maine, with freight commonly moving from Northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Occasional runs outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who choose to remain out rather than return home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
