Pay Range: 80,000-90,000 per year (Base) + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a Residential Field Superintendent to lead our site operations across Rockland and Westchester Counties. This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role for a construction professional who values "mechanical respect" and refuses to settle for "good enough." You will be the technical heartbeat of multiple concurrent builds, ensuring that our 45-year legacy of innovation and quality is visible in every joint, footer, and finish.

What You Will Be Doing

You will serve as the primary on-site authority, bridging the gap between high-level design and flawless physical execution:

• Field Operations Leadership: Orchestrate all phases of construction across up to five concurrent residential builds. Direct in-house carpentry teams and vetted subcontractors with authority and precision.
• Project Logistics & Tracking: Execute and monitor daily tasks, providing real-time progress updates and high-definition photo logs to the Project Manager via our integrated systems.
• Technical Quality Control: Serve as the final gatekeeper for craftsmanship. Ensure every detail meets our "Better, Best, Elite" benchmarks and adheres strictly to architectural plans.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling, budgetary, or structural obstacles on the fly—mitigating risks before they impact the critical path.
• Municipal & Client Relations: Coordinate site inspections with local officials and serve as the professional, "white-glove" face of the company for our homeowners.
• Safety & Standards Enforcement: Maintain a pristine, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site environment at all times.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Field Superintendent within the residential construction sector.
• Luxury Track Record: Proven experience delivering high-end/luxury residential projects where client expectations and architectural details are at their peak.
• Multi-Site Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
• Communication & Tech Skills: Professional client-facing presence with proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Regional Residency: Must reside in Rockland or Westchester County, NY to ensure effective regional site oversight.
• Licensure: A valid Driver’s License is strictly required.
