Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and issues.
- Create and maintain project plans, set milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact across multiple workstreams, maintaining alignment.
- Maintain project documentation and collaborative sites (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Establish effective communication plans for project updates, risks, and stakeholder inquiries.
Experience Required
- 5-10 years in senior project management using PMBOK guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, multiple projects, and third-party vendors.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Skilled in executive communication and stakeholder management.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficient in MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, resilience, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (SDLC, SCRUM, Agile).
- ERP project management experience with multiple workstreams.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/MS a plus).
- PMP/PGPM PMI certification preferred.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare networks is highly preferred.
