Salary: $22-26 per hour
Work Arrangement: 5 days in-office

As an ABA Intake Coordinator , you will serve as the first point of contact for new client referrals and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This position focuses on evaluating service eligibility, collecting and organizing client documentation, and guiding families through the intake journey. You will work closely with referral sources and collaborate with internal teams such as Scheduling, Authorizations, and Client Coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all aspects of the client intake process.
Accurately record and maintain all documentation and client data.
Evaluate client service eligibility and communicate next steps clearly and professionally.
Serve as the primary contact for referral sources and intake-related communications.
Administer onboarding through the client portal and track client progress.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client transitions.
Maintain and optimize intake documentation, templates, and tracking systems.
Support intake reporting and process improvement initiatives.
30 Days: Learn intake procedures, understand the onboarding journey, and begin facilitating intakes.
60 Days: Manage an intake caseload, develop email templates, and effectively use internal systems.
90 Days: Be fully independent in intake operations and ready to contribute to special projects.
1 Year: Be an expert in all facets of intake and continuously contribute to process optimization.
Experience in healthcare intake – required
Experience in ABA – a plus!
Experience with Central Reach – a plus!
Proficiency in software tools such as G-Suite and DocuSign
Soft Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
